  • Why the $10 shipping flat fee?

    This fee helps cover shipping and online fees (like payment processing, shipping materials, etc.), so your items get the spotlight without hidden costs later.

  • What shipping carriers do you use?

    All domestic orders to residences and businesses will be sent via USPS/UPS.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    At the moment we are not, but we are working on it and should be available soon! Apologies!

    All sales are final.

  • Damaged Product Policy

    If you receive an item with broken, torn, or missing parts, simply return the item to us in its original package with your receipt. We will exchange it if we still have the item in stock. We will refund you on the return shipping. Once we receive the damaged item we will notify you with the option to refund or send you a replacement if one is available.   • How soon do you ship?

    We ship products every Wednesday & Friday by end of day so depending on when your order comes in, we will ship accordingly.
